Chart Information & Delivery

• All designs are created without using fractional stitches - no half or quarter stitches, and no blended threads.
• Unless you notify us otherwise, your chart will be set up for 14 count and DMC thread, with the design printed in black symbols.

• You may order your chart for delivery by email. This will be at a standard cost of £2 per design - but it does mean you won't get our protective finish..

• If you choose the e-mail option, you will be  able to print it out for your own use as often as you like! But please don't pass to others - we keep prices down to avoid this.

• If you choose to have your chart sent by post, each page of your chart will have a protective finish, which you can mark in pencil (ideal for marking those stitches you have done). It will also protect it from damp, dirt and dog-ear!.
• Your pencil marks are easily removed with a soft eraser, making it easy to identify any mistakes, or just looking good for using again, and again...
• The pages of the chart are held together  by a paper fastener, which can be removed as and when you like, enabling you to use one page at a time, avoiding confusion when stitching a large project.

• Thread brand - DMC, Anchor, Madeira and Venus are the main choices, but there are others are available, including tapestry, rug making fibres    and beads.
• Chart type - tapestry, cross stitch, beading etc.
• Chart style . Choose from black symbols, or symbols on  coloured blocks. Personally I find it easier to have the coloured chart       with symbols, but black symbols is the standard .
